San Carlos Village
San Carlos (Sant Carles de Peralta), is a traditional village in the north of the island of Ibiza. Rural setting, surrounded by fields of red soil and farm houses. The small town is dominated by a whitewashed church was built in 1785, which a rectangular and a unique bell, shifted to the left. The architectonic set includes a small garden where there is also a traditional well and the remains of a Roman oil mill. All around attractive and unique features bars, as Ca n’Anneta, where you can taste the traditional Ibizan herbs (liqueur).
Also, San Carlos has decades of intense cultural and artisanal (hippie market Las Dalias), because in the 50’s and 60’s, many intellectuals and artists chose this place to be located. Nearby, find some lovely beaches, like Cala LLenya, Cala Mastella, Cala Boix or Aguas Blancas.
